Beauty – A Social Media

“Beauty” is most commonly defined as a subjective quality of things which makes these things enjoyable to see. These things include sunsets, landscapes, art and other works of art. However, beauty, along with aesthetic taste and knowledge, is also the basic theme of aesthetics, one of the most important branches of modern philosophy. Philosophy of beauty deals with how we understand the beauty in art and other media. Aesthetics scholars have sought to examine the cultural significance of beauty through various theories, many of which center on emotions.

The French word “serendipity” describes the way we react to beauty. We are swept up by what we see around us or what we hear about another person. According to this theory, beauty is a subjective emotion that can be triggered by either the appearance or removal of certain items. In contemporary culture, the social media, such as fashion magazines, fashion shows, and the Internet, have magnified the role of beauty in our everyday lives.

The runway, for instance, has been a central location for many years for the promotion of beauty. On the runway, models and celebrities are exposed to the camera and the public to admire their newest look. This has become a very important marketing tool for designers as they seek to increase their market share among women. On the social media, people are bombarded with beauty tips and tricks that they can use to keep their bodies looking beautiful. With all of this going on, it’s no wonder that the public has formed a significant connection between beauty and the Internet.
